Sales Associate Policy

Sales Associates are authorized to promote Relation Group projects, assist customers with enquiries and submit booking applications through the portal as per company policy.

Associates must open customer enquiries before site visits or booking follow-up wherever possible. If a customer is already assigned through Aadhaar, PAN, mobile or email matching, another associate cannot claim the same customer unless Admin/Super Admin transfers the enquiry with recorded reason.

Associates must not use misleading claims, guaranteed return promises, unauthorized discounts or unapproved project information. All final approvals, pricing, receipts and agreements are subject to company verification.

Associate Enrollment Fee of ₹2,100 is non-refundable and does not represent any deposit, investment scheme or guaranteed income. Incentives are performance-based and governed by project-wise company policy.

Direct incentive is released only after full payment verification. Matching incentive is generated only as per left-right paired matching rules, project-wise percentage settings and company approval.
