Refund & Cancellation Policy
Booking Amount: ₹11,000 is fully non-refundable after submission/approval of the booking application. This amount is retained for documentation, administrative processing, inventory holding and internal verification.
Other Customer Payments: For any approved refund other than the ₹11,000 booking amount, a 15% refund charge will be deducted. The remaining 85% will be processed after company verification, customer KYC, payment reconciliation and approval by authorized officials.
30% / Part Payment / Full Dues: Any payment received after booking may be adjusted against the agreement requirement, property dues or final sale value. Refund eligibility depends on booking status, project terms, signed documents and applicable law.
Incentive Impact: Sales associate incentives are not released on booking amount or 30% payment. Direct incentive is released only after full payment verification as per company policy.
Refund requests must include Customer ID, Booking ID, payment receipt, bank details, KYC documents and written reason. Approved refunds may be adjusted against statutory, administrative, banking, documentation or third-party charges.
