By using this website and portal, you agree to Relation Group's application, enquiry, booking, verification, privacy, payment, refund and support policies.
Login Policy: User ID may be a Customer ID, Associate ID or official staff ID. Customers can initially access the portal using Aadhaar or PAN as the default password until they create a new password. Users must change their password and keep it confidential.
Enquiry Ownership: A customer may be locked to the associate who first opens a valid enquiry with mobile, email, Aadhaar or PAN details. Transfer of enquiry/customer ownership can be done only by Admin/Super Admin with reason and activity log.
Booking and Payment: ₹11,000 booking amount is fully non-refundable. Agreement/payment milestones and due amounts are shown in the customer portal and receipts. Cash payments must be entered only by authorized accounts/admin users and will reflect in customer payment history after entry.
Refund: For any approved refund other than the ₹11,000 booking amount, 15% refund charge will be deducted. Refunds are subject to company verification, documentation and applicable law.
Incentives: Sales associate incentives, direct or matching, are subject to verified full payment, project-wise incentive settings, matching rules, KYC, company approval and applicable deductions.
