Privacy Policy

Relation Group collects applicant, customer and sales associate information for enquiry, booking, KYC, payment verification, receipt generation, customer support, incentive accounting and statutory compliance.

Customer mobile number, Aadhaar, PAN, address and payment details are shown only to authorized users according to role-based access. The assigned associate can view the customer record connected to his/her enquiry or booking. Other associates cannot access protected customer data.

Customer IDs, enquiry numbers and ticket numbers may use non-sequential public formats to protect internal business volume and reduce predictable enumeration.

Users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure. Password reset requires Aadhaar, PAN and date-of-birth verification where available, or authorized admin/super admin intervention.

Data may be shared with banks, auditors, payment partners, legal advisors or authorities only when required for service delivery, verification, compliance or dispute resolution.
